On - -, 2015 I received a letter from - - - stating that I owed a debt for -. I mailed them a letter via certified mail on - -, 2015 for a request for Validation of Account. As of - -, 2015 I have not received a response for validation. Stellar Recovery called me on - - 2015, in an attempt to collect debt concerning - -. I verbally requested that they contact me through writing in the mail. To this date I have not receive any correspondence from Stellar Recovery, yesterday I received an alert from my credit monitoring and Stellar Recovery has placed a flatulent account on my credit report without sending me ANY notification prior to placing this alleged collection on my credit report. - company stating that I owe for the alledged same account with different amounts owed, without sending me any validation of account that was requested has violated my rights by not sending me any written notice as requested and required under FCRA and FDCA.
