Progressive Financial Services, Inc unlawfully and illegally removed my student loan account with the U.S. Department Of Education out of deferment status and seized $7000.00 illegally and unlawfully from my federal and state tax return. My student loan account is suppose to be in deferment status and I should have a balance under $2000.00 because I was given a waiver of debt for debt forgiveness. I have repeatedly received phone calls from debt collectors from Progressive Financial Services Inc harassing, verbally abusing and threatening me with harm, death, arrest and wage garnishment.
