synchrony bank tried to collect on behalf of sam 's club on my account. we never received a bill because we found out later that they sent the bill to the wrong address somewhere - miles away. they would not let me have the address corrected because they said i was not on the account. i have my sam 's club picture id. when i went to sam 's to pay the bill they would not let me for the same reason, i was not on the account. i have tried everything and had my wife call and the info is still wrong. enough is enough, i do not want to shop at sam 's club or walmart because they cant even get an address right. i have been a member since the late 80 's and now its all messed up. so much for my repeat business
