U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,
I signed up for a - - - - - credit card with US Bank that had an enrollment bonus of - points after making $3500.00 in purchases. After completing this $3500.00 spend, I only received a - point bonus. I would like the full amount as advertised and agreed upon prior to my application. I confirmed the enrollment bonus with a rep on the phone after I received the physical card. There is a lower level card available from US Bank that only gives - points, but I confirmed with the rep that my account was the - Signature version, which should be awarded -. I emailed on - and -, and called on -, but this issue has not been resolved yet.
