My personal checking account I had linked to my Rise Credit account for - payments was Hacked '' into online and Rise Credit failed to/would n't update my new banking information so I could make payments and ultimately charged '' the account off when I was fully in contact with them and ultimately paid the full balance to include interest. Due to this my credit score dropped over - points and this was 100 % unnecessary
