i requested that the collection company delete the account and all reporting on my credit report. since i paid the collection in full. i called several times to resolve but, company stated it is company policy not to delete from credit report. they stated to call each credit bureau to get deleted. after contacting the bureaus they stated that only the collection company can delete from credit report. i again called collection company to request a delete. i was transferred to a supervisor/manager voicemail. i left a message but, no one contacted me.
