I have a J C Penney account. My last - orders have been cancelled without any explanation. I have called to speak to them and now I have been given or transferred to - different - numbers all with - speaking people who have not answered my questions. I was told with each I would be able to do a survey on the call and was never given a chance to do the surveys. I would like an answer. I tried to call another number which was given to me by the .com number to my credit card company, this number was actually the first number I had called. -.
