Advertising and marketing Wisconsin
I feel that I have been scammed by - - due to deceitful marketing letters. I wrote - promotional checks for purchases that they sent me. The - - was in - - and the - - that I wrote was in - -. The - check had a term of 0 % interest until - - and the - check the promo was 0 % interest until - -. The letters that I received at that time did not have any Special Notice '' box that they have recently added to their most recent offer letter. Now they explain in that box on the letter that in order to avoid interest you need to pay your account balance in full. On -/-/- I received a credit for the amount of $48.00 for interest charged for the past 4 months after I called and complained that I felt that this was deceitful and felt I was being scammed. I have now been charged interest on my last statement and will continue to be charged interest going forward on these - purchases which I was let to believe was at 0 % interest. I had always paid in full in the past but I will not pay in full for these - purchases since I was given an offer of 0 % interest until the dates I mentioned earlier and there was no explanation back then on their promo letters explaining that to avoid interest I needed to pay the entire amount in full including the 0 % interest purchases. I find it very interesting that they have now included on their 0 % promo letters this special box and in bold Special Notice '' since I made the call to complain.
