Regions bank did a hard inquiry and assesed my credit information on -/-/2014. I have n't applied for credit at this bank nor do I owe them. They were not given permission to look into my records. I contacted them and they said that they were not aware of any inquiry and could n't give me a reason why they looked at my credit.
