GE Capital Retail Credit card department,
Being billed for merchandise on Amazon credit card that was previously refunded. Charge appeared -/-/2015. Had previously complained to CFPB when Amazon indicated they would rebill and Synchrony Bank indicated credit on account was permanent. This was not the case.
