Bank of America Mortgage department,
VA mortgage Loan modification,collection,foreclosure Ohio
I just recently learned about the program initiated by President Obama in -/-/- trying to rectify unfair mortgage practices against - members and veterans beginning during the - recession. After retiring from the - - in -, I was employed here in Ohio until - -. Eventually, I/we were foreclosed upon by Countrywide Lending after attempting everything legal that I was aware of having available. This wound up costing us & gt ; $43000.00 in equity alone. All I ever received from the - settlements were - checks totaling less than $800.00. If the program talked about in this news article is still functioning, how do I go about having my case submitted to, and reviewed by the appropriate people? --Thank you in advance for your time and assistance. Respectfully,
Bank of America customer in Ohio
