I switched carriers for my cell phone in the last month of my contract. The plan was supposed to pay down the penalty every month for early termination. I was only to pay $50.00 if anything, $10.00 per line plus my balance which was approx $350.00. I got my bill showing an $800.00 balance and when I called to talk with someone at - - - they hung up on me numerous times while transferring me and then told me my plan had changed but could n't give me specifics. Now my credit report is reflecting - - accts for the same amount and - for - wireless which is the same acct. how do I get this resolved? It shows I owe over $2500.00 for an $800.00 balance because - separate reports.
