I requested an extension of my creditline, but before I did that I explicitely asked the AmEx creditbureau ( call has been recorded ) if I would get a 'hard hit ' on my creditrating. They explicitely told me this was not the case, so I proceeded. I just have been informed that they have put not -, but even - hard iquireries on my creditfile, which is hurting my credit. This is a particular issue because I am an -, and - only - months ago, so I am trying to build up my credit, not break it down ...
