Payday loan Taking/threatening an illegal action Threatened arrest/jail if do not pay Idaho

I received a call from - this person left a voicemail stating I had an outstanding debt with -. He provided my birth date and the last - of my SSI number. He said I needed to return the call or he would be taking legal action with the State of Idaho. His exact words were Summons for the state of Idaho for theft of services-check fraud. You can contact the party directly to clear this up '' and left the number above. That same day about - minutes after I received this call my mother received a call. He told my mother his name was - - with the Idaho - and that he was looking for me. He went on to say that I had a warrant out for my arrest and that it would be embarrassing if he had to pick me up at work. He gave my mother and name and number ( number listed above ) and told her I could resolve this by contacting that number. I called the warrants department in Idaho. I do not have a warrant out for my arrest. Also I did take a loan from - several years ago. To my knowledge this was included in my bankruptcy. Regardless, this company is threatening and falsely representing itself. When you call the number above they refuse to provide any information about the so called officer or the account '' but want you to settle by giving them a debit card number.
