- - called me on -/-/2015 collecting for GM financial I explained to them the the account with GM financial was over the statue of limitations for collection - - explained to me to send them a validation letter and she would send the file back to GM Financial. I received the letter from the company on - -,2015 and sent a validation of account to - in the meantime they inquired on my credit with all - bureaus on - -,2015 after I spoke to them over the phone and put them on notice when I called them - -, 2015 to confront them they told me that GM financial gives them authorization to pull my credit. I did not authorize - to pull my credit and GM financial account is null and void due to statute of limitations.
