I disputed a collection on my credit report for Convergence Outsourcing and received dispute results after completing the processing of my dispute results were removed/deleted. The date - complete dispute was - 2015. On - -, 2015 the collection agency, Convergence Outsourcing, re-reported on my credit report and they have already been removed. I do not have an account with this company nor have I received written communication from Convergence Outsourcing. Please assist in the removal of Convergence Outsourcing permanently. Thanks
