I myself only attended for just under - months, but - claims I was there a year taking classes I have no recollection of attending. A letter I received from - 's Assistant Chancellor for Student Affairs, - -, states in it that they charged me for a class I never attended. It also states that I never attempted to use the tutor service, which is not true, I attempted to many times with no answer. - University, the online division under EDMC specifically, has had a whistle-blower named - - allege job placement fraud, which I can certainly say I was a victim of. Every call I made for help, I was sent to dead-end voicemails that never got answered. When I tried to leave the school, no one was there to help me with the process. My fianc, to whom we have a - month old baby boy, has been making - predatory schools, and we have been harassed and abused by - - and EDMC 's lawyer - -.


have already sent letters to my Michigan AG, and the Michigan -. - University should never have had a license per - - allegations. While this case is under trial, it makes me wonder how the ED has the right under the 4th amendment to seize my tax refund, and hurt my family tremendously. I am on strike for this fraudulent debt, and if the Government illegally seizes my tax dollars again, everything will be documented. I have proof I 've found that I will send to you, and I also need to follow up and send new information to all the State and Federal Departments I have already sent letters to. Please Help, - -
