SunTrust Bank Mortgage department,
FHA mortgage Application, originator, mortgage broker Florida
In 2008 I met a gentleman by the name of - -. His home address is - - - - ; - -, FL -. His mobile phone number is -. He told me that he was selling homes that he owned at a great price and that there would be a $10000.00 USD profit pay-out at closing if I decided to purchase. He also advised that I contact a mortgage broker that he works with named - -. Her company is - - - - , -. The address is - - - ; - - ; - -, FL -. Her office number is - and her mobile number is -. The first time I met -, -, myself, and my sister were all in her office at - - - - at - - - ; -, FL -. She and - were explaining that I would generate $ - to do the repairs and upgrades to the home upon closing on - of - 's homes that he was selling. The address of the home that I purchased and currently occupy is - - - -. - never took me to the home to look around
I also believe partook in this mortgage fraud ), - never mentioned that I would be required to put a down payment on the home, let alone 3.5 %. I believe that a private lender financed the home and sold the mortgage to SUNTRUST BANK in addition to an inflated interest rate. Furthermore, according to the credit history, strength and income-to-debt ratio, the SUNTRUST agent should have known that it was a fraudulent transaction. I was under the false pretense that I would be receiving 100 % financing, get the additional $ - to do the repairs and upgrades on the home, and have the closing cost paid by the seller. There was an appraisal conducted by - - from -. The location is - - - - ; - - # - ; -, FL -. Her mobile number is - and the office number is -. She appraised the home at $ -USD. I also believe that the appraiser inflated the value of the home in accordance to this ordeal. Around -/-/2008, I received a call from - to come to her office. She advised me that the bank '' was having problems approving the loan and that she would have to increase the price of the home from $170000.00 to $180000.00 USD in order to get an approval. I had recently signed a contract on the home for $170000.00. She assured me that it was n't going to make a difference because I would now be receiving the amount of $25000.00 USD.
