Hello, we have bought house back in -, and our loan has adjustable rate. So the original - had transfer us to Ocwen bank. So month ago Ocwen bank sent a notice that our payment will go $600.00 higher, on - month. So I went and applied for temporary loan modification, until next -. But they now are solicit us with short sale, that was us plan. They are seeing very week about some short sale. In my option is unlawful and - government should take their license away.. They are using some dude '' from - that have no idea about our law and country. Please help. We have there kids, please help. Thank you
