I have sent several letter to Pinnacle Credit Services LLC with no response from them. They are reporting incorrect information on my credit report every month. They are listing it as a new debt as well as for collection. This has been happening for several months now. I have tried to reach the company but no one is returning my calls or answering my letters. I even have a letter from - of their attorney stating they can not find any information regarding my account. I asked for the account to be removed ; it was removed for 2 months then put back on twice. I got that corrected. I have tried with all of the credit bureaus to have it removed but they say the debt is valid. When I asked for proof they send information through another agency but not to me. This is costing so much stress. I would appreciate someone looking into the matter. It seems to me that I am not the only person they are doing this too. This is so wrong. I am trying to purchase a house but this keeps popping up.
