U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,
I have US Bank - personal and business credit cards. - have the annual fee and it is advertized that this annual fee pays for cards benefits. - of the benefits is Bonus Award Night. However they decided to remove this benefit from - cards starting -/-/15. Based on that I believe I am not getting all benefits that I paid forwith my annual fees. And this benefit is still advertized on the application page for new customers. I expect the bank to refund my annual fees on - card this year only because they made this change in the middle of my membership year, but I paid annual fees for the full year of membership benefits.
