Credit card Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt resulted from identity theft South Carolina
Received calls and mail correspondence from First National Credit Bureau in reference to a 2004 - debt that was a result of identity theft but was sold to - - and now has been sold to FNCB. This debt has not and can not be validated. I 'm requesting assistance in handling this matter properly and swiftly. This is considered junk debt being that it is - years old and besides it was opened in my name without my consent. I have attached the original police report and letter I received from the collection agency.
