GE Capital Retail Credit card department,
We were late, only once, and on no other credit cards or loans, on a Carecredit/Synchrony Bank account over - years ago. This has resulted in a lowering of our credit score and we have on - occasions asked - to remove this detrimental to our credit inasmuch as the mishap happened over that length of time. They refuse. Can you help? My name is - - -, and that accuont with Carecredit/Synchrony ended in -. We have no other bad credit charges on our reports other than this. Thank you,
