Amex Credit card department,

Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement Tennessee

on -/-/2015, I contacted American Express and tried to resolve of issue. But I could n't american Express has pulled my credit report without my consent. This company has engaged in fraud and indentity theft. I did not give this company the right to pull my credit report. When I called the fraud department on -/-/2015, i was hanged up on phone, and it was almost like the rep, did n't want me to talk to the fraud department. What american express suppose to do is send me a fraud affavadit in the mail. but the company still refuses to so. American Express is asking for too much additional information, just to conver their end. They are also reporting accurate information on my credit report. This company is a scam. They wouldnt listen, so decided to file a compliant.
