Midland Funding had posted a debt under a different name, I had it challenged and DELETED from all - Credit reporting agencies, now they re-filed it under - to try and get this debt again! This is illegal practice and a complete violation of my rights under the FCRA. I want these posts removed immediately. This company is on every ripoff report ruining people 's good names.
