M&T Bank Mortgage department,

Conventional fixed mortgage Loan servicing, payments, escrow account Oklahoma

I have been in my home close to - yrs. I have refinanced at least - times, we have also added room on to the house. We have never missed or been late on a single payment in all these years.My Mortgage co. is M & T Bank. They require me to pay MIP/PMI payment of - included in my monthly payment. I 've been paying this for years and I feel that when you look at my payment history this is wasteful and unfair. Is there help for me?
