Bank of America Credit card department,
I originally opened up a - Credit Card offered through my bank - - - - - ''. This account was opened in -/-/- through - - - - - as a member of the credit union. At some time thereafter, - - - - - discontinued their offering of this - Credit Card. In -/-/-, I was notified by - - - , - representing Bank of America requesting payment that was owed to Bank of America. I had never been notified that my - Credit Card was transferred or bought by Bank of America as I was notified by our bank - - - - - that they no longer will be offering the - Credit Card. Nor did I ever receive a statement from Bank of America requesting any payment owed on this Credit Card. At the time of the discontinuance of the credit card by - - - - -, I had paid off all debts through that
spouse 's CREDIT REPORT as a SERIOUS DELINQUENCY ''. I ask that this incident which was paid off in agreement in the amount of $100.00 be removed from my credit report. I contacted Bank of America directly to ask that they remove this incident from my credit report but they said that I would need to file a complaint through the - Credit Bureaus for them to consider and they referred me to the - credit reporting agencies which they then referred me to your website as they could n't address my request to have this incident removed from my credit report.
