I have been contacted by a collection agency that never leaves a reference number. I have always had to call them back. Most of the time I get the same collection 's rep, who always says she always leaves a reference number and if I ca n't give her a number, she ca n't assist me.. Once I got another rep. I gave my address. She said the issue had been solved. The agency continued to call. I do n't know who I could owe. I would hate the debt to grow because of non-payment. How can I get information on who I may owe without having information and without giving someone I do not know my personal information?
