Closing/Cancelling account Kansas

In -, we decided to buy a bed from - - out of -, KS. We ordered and paid roughly $7000.00 ( $4600.00 from debit card, balance on Synchrony - ). The bed was never delivered, therefore I cancelled the order. I cancelled the order and closed the account in - 2015. After 2 weeks, I got a bill in the mail for the entire amount. I called them again and they would credit the account in full. I asked them a - time to close the account. After about - minutes, and alot of anger, they closed it. a few weeks later, I got another bill in the mail. This time it was for about $1100.00. They were still billing me or shipping charges, restocking fee, etc. I called them yet again, asking how they could charge a CLOSED account, they said it was their right. I explained in detail what happened, talked to - seperate supervisors and finally got someone with some force behind them.they told me I still was responsible and they would not close the account until it was paid in full. I took to social media at that point. I vented my frustrations, they gave


SORRY YOU ARE HAVING A HARD TIME '' speech. A lady from - - called me after reading the comments on - and looked into the charges and credited the account. I requested yet a - time to close the account. She said the account was officially closed. Low and behold, I got a statement in the mail 2 days ago. My question to them was WHY AM I GETTING A STATEMENT ON A CLOSED ACCOUNT? They are refusing to close the account. I need this taken care of. I can provide the account number if needed. I checked my credit report and it still shows as an open account. HELP!!!
