In -/-/- I opened an account with - wireless service, with - phone lines. The second account # - was charged off and closed in -/-/-. The first account # - account has been sold '' - to a collection company. The problem is once a collection company gets the account it reports the date of when the account went bad to the date that the collection company bought the debt. A collection company named Pinnacle, is using -/-/- as the reporting date. I have asked for proof from the credit reporting agencies. I received a letter from - saying that they have conducted an investigation and that the information they received from - was accurate. I am requesting a that your agency request the information, I am confident it will show that this - account is past the time to be reported in a credit file. And In am requesting that this account be removed from my credit report.
