PNC Bank Bank account or service department,
Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Florida
My bank statement reflects that on the -/-/- a charge was made to my account bringing the total from $14.00 down to $2.00 cents. On the -/-/- I checked my account to show that that very charge had - overdraft fees. I spoke with customer service in person and they told me they would call after trying to get the transactions refunded. When they called they told me there was nothing they could do, and that the remaining overdraft waiver I had for the year had been added to the charge. After that I spoke with customer service again on the phone and they told me the same thing. I had money in my account and the transaction had gone through and yet they charged me an overdraft fee on it, using my money to instead pay a fee that was posted an entire - hours later on -. I know that this is n't ethical and if it is legal this is unconstitutional. I am adamant about getting this money back and will not hesitate to take legal action. I will talk to whomever it takes for as long as it takes in order for PNC to return the money they charged me.
