Citibank Credit card department,
I contacted Citibank about a balance transfer issue and complained about the length of time it was taking to post my transfer. They said because it was a new card it could take 14 days. However, I reasoned, that because they had just borrowed '' from my credit limit from another Citi account, it essentially was not a new card, they basically split - account into -. Meanwhile, this is costing me interest with the account that I am trying to transfer.
