Citibank Credit card department,
I previously had a Home Depot credit card through Citibank. I used it a few times and paid off the balance and then didnt use it in the past year. Unexpectantly I recently received a bill from them and it appears they have transferred debt from my husbands business credit card to my account. My husband 's business has had difficulty and he has some credit cards he has not been able to pay. However his business debt is not my debt - I use my money to pay the mortgage and food bills. I tried calling the Citiback but they want me to give them my phone number, SS #, or account # just to answer my questions about the letter they sent me. I am not willing to give them any of my information as then they will give this information to their debt collectors. How can I resolve this quickly and easily. I am willing to file a lawsuit because creditors seem so evil these days. thanks-
