I have a loan that originated with - -. The servicing company is Midland Services, a PNC company. The total loan amount was $ - for various properties I own. At the last minute, the lender advised me that they would be withholding funds from the loans for certain repairs. I took the loan, but approximately $38000.00 was withheld. $16000.00 pertained to - particular loan on a property at - - -, -, Texas. I successfully completed all the work on the list, particularly the replacement of the roof, installation of - circuits, and repair to the flatwork. For about - months now, I have been contacting Midland to get the $16000.00 returned to me, but I am having no luck. Please contact them and help me.
