Select Portfolio Servicing caused an unauthorized individual to trespass upon my property for the purpose of harassment and intimidation on Friday, - -, 2015. I was alarmed and afraid in my own home. I reported the incident to the police who made an official record of the activity which is in violation of local laws as outlined in the attached affidavit which I submit for CFPB review and follow up.
