On Saturday - -, I received a notification from - that a new collection account had been reported ( listed as - - - ) .. Immediately I checked and it was being reported by Stallings Financial. I called them on - -, only to find out they were closed that day. On Monday - - I called - - - department inquiring on this account to find out what it was. They stated that it was a final bill from 2013 that was never paid. I asked them why they had not sent a bill, as I NEVER received anything from them ( I left my forwarding address with the post office. ) I paid this immediately on Monday, -/-/-.They informed me that Stallings Financial would be the person to contact regarding this. I contacted Stallings Financial on - - asking why they had not contacted me regarding this. -, with Stallings Financial, informed me that they had sent a few notices, which were returned as undeliverable to them. Had I known ANYTHING about this I would have taken care of it. Not - time did I receive any correspondence from the - or Stallings Financial regarding this.
