Credit card Disclosure verification of debt Right to dispute notice not received Kansas
Wanted to receive information verifying that they had rights to my debt and they refused to send me a mailing. They told me they sent out - mailings and - was before I moved to my new address. They promised that they will no longer be calling me but taking it straight to legal action as well.
