- unknown collection account appeared on my credit from a company called Optimum Outcomes. I disputed all - accounts with the credit bureaus and - were removed. I have contacted Optimum Outcomes - times by way of certified mail and they have totally ignored me. I dont know what the debt is for although on my credit report it say medical. I have full medical benefits. I have requested that they remove the account and contact me only in writing but they called my job. Optimum Outcomes -
