Hello : This is in regard to Portfolio Recovery. They claim, and have entered on my credit report, I owe them and/or - -, $1400.00. I believe this to be false, as I 've had many accounts with - -, and have paid them in full. Also, a date of - delinquency of -/-/2008, which I 'm sure is wrong. Therefore, I 'm requesting validation of this account. Including but not limited to, a signed contractual agreement, with my signature, indicating my intent to pay this alleged account, plus proof of last payment date. In order to ensure true validation of last payment date, they are to include amount and bank on which last payment was drawn.
