I had called the company when my husband had gotten very ill. We had arrangements made but there is no history of this occurring to their records. The credit card is being reported after being verified on all three credit agencies. This is not what was agreed to. I need help getting these inconsistencies removed from my tradeline they are destroying me. At first I wanted my card back because that was the original agreement now I just want it paid and removed from all three agencies due to all the mistakes, communication, and discrepancies.
