Medical Improper contact or sharing of info Talked to a third party about my debt South Dakota

CBCINNOVIS reported my - year old Father 's unlisted # as mine. This # is never given out for any reason except to close family members. -. I was forced to remove the # and get him a new -! Now we have no way to advise the new # to family members that we ca n't reach. They also have my Daughter 's address listed as mine. - - - - # - - - SD.-. They have been told - in last 8 months to remove the information and have refused. These have never been and are not mine! They are giving this info to hospitals. I have - and have bills that I am not able to pay.
