In reference to case # - and - Commonwealth Financial Systems, Inc continues to telephone me and send me mail regarding the above case numbers. This time, instead of listing - - as the placer of the so-called debt they now list - - -. The same information still obtains. - - - - failed to exercise due diligence in billing the VA in a timely manner ( over 8 months ). In the above referenced case numbers I was assured the collection efforts would stop pending a decision. That has not happened. They have continued to harasses my wife and send me letters telling me I have 30 days to respond even though I responded back in -. Please make this stop!
