I need some help, I have had insurance my whole life, a collection agency has been calling named Alliance Collection. I advised this agency - months ago if my insurance was ran they would have paid it. I took it upon my self after this agency reported this to my credit to call my insurance company finding out this was never submitted for payment at the doctors office which everyone was advised I had insurance and provided the card and proof. The insurance company is now also getting involved. The collector was very rude also.
