Mortgage Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Virginia
In - I have never had a late mortgage payment. My payment is P.I.T. there is no in loan insurance. My present loan servicing co. ( ocwen ) claims, since they took over the loan, ALL payments for -+ months have been late.This never happened. For -+ months they have been harassing me to pay thousands extra. Because THEY made several mistakes! The extra amount they claim is due changes up and down by thousands every month or -. I have figured out that they seem to lose track of customers payments all the time and do n't have employees that can read their payments received '' list. Maybe they do n't have a
payer system ( - bank ) showing all payments exactly on time every month. The payments are Wired in '' so they can not lose '' any of them ( they lose '' payments regularly ) and they still keep trying to collect thousands in erroneous fees. I need this to stop.
