I have no idea why this debt is being collected on a bill that was from an alleged traffic ticked from 1999. Not only do I not owe it, but it is from more than 17 years ago and the statute of limitations has passed. Not only is there no evidence or proof that I owe it, they refuse to acknowledge that they can not collect it and they refuse to stop sending me letters to my work and home when I have told them not to call my work phone and cell phone. I do n't have a home phone and therefore they refuse to stop. I just want them to stop contacting and threatening a civil action on my phone and telling me I could get -.
