I have had my US Bank - - - - card for over a year now, and was charged the $60.00 annual fee right away which of course I gladly paid due to the benefits it was advertised to come with. However, soon after paying, the first week of -, - - & US Bank announced that they were no longer going to be offering the Award Night Benefit '' of the card. The benefit was that if you booked a - night stay on points and you had their credit card, you got the - night free. This is right after I paid my $60.00 annual fee for that benefit! The value of my card is now cut in half but my fee stayed the same. I called and was only offered - points. I was told they could not waive the annual fee or give more points even though it 's a clear violation of the card terms I signed up under. They were
and ripped me off as a business customer. The terms said, Bonus Award Nights - When you redeem Gold Points for - or more consecutive Award Nights, your last night is free. - Exclusively for cardmembers! Note the E-CLUSIVELY FOR CARDMEMBERS '' ... However, that 's false advertising because they now took that away! It also said, receive all of the benefits by paying your $60.00 annual fee. Which I paid, and now I do n't receive those benefits. Thank you.
