There were - charges for $590.00 from - on my - cc. I contacted the cc company and they told me they would take care of it. We canceled that Platinum card and I was issued a new Rewards card, but not a Platinum.The charges were reimbursed on my - statement. I received a letter on - - saying the were unable to accept my claim for the following reasons : 1-cust. benefited from use of card/participated in the purchases ; 2-Cust released acct info to third party and 3-cust. accepts responsibility for the charges. '' I called them that same day and asked for a re-investigation. A lady called me on - - and said they were not going to take care of the charges and the next day ( - ) I recd my bill and there were the charges ( again ) $590.00. I DID NOT MAKE THESE CHARGES. I then contacted - and because it was over - days, they would not do anything about it. If I had KNOWN the cc company was going to deny my claim, I would have contacted -. The cc company said they would take care of it '' so I believed them and let them. Now I am stuck with $590.00 in charges I did not make. Can you help?
