U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,
I signed up for the US Bank - - credit card for the free 'bonus night ' award, which was exclusive to cardmembers after paying the annual fee of $75.00. However, they took away the bonus night - the sole benefit of me signing up for the card. I need the $75.00 annual fee waived, since the benefit promised by paying the annual fee is now no longer given.
