U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,
I have been a loyal member of the US Bank - - - Visa Credit Card and the main reason for maintaining this credit card and paying the annual fee for the last couple of years has been to utilize the bonus award night feature that comes with this card. On - -, - - has been pulling back the bonus award night feature starting - and replacing it with a free night feature that requires $ 10k spend/yr. I would not be able to utilize the new benefit and am seeking compensation for this drastic change in the form of annual fee refund ( that I just paid ) as well as - - - points credit that I would now need instead of using the bonus award night feature for - of my trip planned this year.
