Medical Communication tactics Frequent or repeated calls North Carolina
I get a voicemail message that states, by continuing to listen to this message you confirm that you are ( name ) .... then it gives a phone nmber to call. I tried calling a few times but ca n't afford to waste my minutes on hold. How is it that my voicemail listening '' to a recorded message is a confirmation of my identity? How is this a legitimate attempt to collect a debt ''?
